HIV testing is not just a medical act—it is an act of self-respect and self-protection.

Knowing your HIV status gives you:

• Power over your health
   
• The ability to make informed choices
   
• Access to treatment, prevention, and support
   
• The chance to live a long, healthy life
   

When women know their status, families are stronger, communities are safer, and stigma loses its grip. SOS normalizes testing by making it visible, supported, and rooted in trust.

• It is with love that I pledge to educate black women about HIV/AIDS.
• It is my duty to empower black women to take control of their sexual health.
• I will commit to connecting black women to HIV/AIDS recourses.
• I pledge to offer tools to enable black women to educate others where they live, work, play, and worship.
• I pledge to get tested for HIV and educate my sistas about HIV and encourage them to be tested where they live, work, play, and worship. It is my duty as a SISTA to ORGANIZE to SURVIVE!
